LG expands X-series with four new models
LG is expanding its midrange series of smartphones with four new models in the X series. The new X Power, X Mach, X Style, and X Max, each has their own character, based on their hardware performances.
However, now there will be six smartphones in the X series in total. The earlier LG X cam and X screen were launched in March.
The new smartphones share many of the features with the company’s high-end G and V series, such as the fact that they are ready for the highest rates of mobile internet. According to LG, each of the four new smartphones is designed for specific target groups.
The X Power is aimed at users who ask a lot of battery. The handset is equipped with a battery with a capacity of up to 4,100mAh, while the casing is 7.9 mm thin. The device also features the PE + technology for charging in half the normal time. Further, the X Power supports LTE Cat9 tri-carrier aggregation and has a 1.8GHz processor. It has a slightly curved qHD IPS Quantum 5.3 inches display.
The LG X Mach supports LTE Cat. 9 3CA data transfer speeds — that’s a theoretical 450Mbps. It also has a 1.8GHz processor, a QHD IPS display, and a 1.55μm sensor camera.
LG throws the X Style in a different track. This model is designed precisely and impressively thin and has, in the words of LG, elegant curved lines.
X Max, however, has a large display for an enhanced viewing experience of the multimedia content.
The previous LG X screen smartphone sports an ‘Always On‘ screen feature for displaying notifications and other is the LG X Cam with impressive camera specifications. This model has a dual camera of 5 megapixels and 13 megapixels, while the front shooter is 8 megapixels.
Later this month, the four new devices will be placed on the market in a number of countries around the world.
