Android 4.1 also known as Jelly Bean, is a major improvement over the Ice Cream Sandwich in terms of performance and not so much from an appearance point of view. It pretty much looks the same as the ICS interface, however, it has significant performance and software tweaks.

The lock screen of the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is radial animation of dots. The lock screen lets you unlock to the camera, Google Now and to the homescreen. The direct unlock to Google Now is a new addition over the ICS.

“Project Butter” is Google’s attempt to smoothen out Android after many negative feedback and customer complaints about the lag and stutter in the overall android platform experience. Google has successfully implemented Project Butter, and believe it or not, the feeling is overwhelming.   1. Hey, I put jellybean on my GS2 last night using the official leak by samsung. I'm having a little problem. When I drag Office Jerk, Office Zombie, Mega jump, And minecraft to my 2nd desktop if i shut down my phone and restart it the shortcuts are gone, but all the others are still there. Help,
