In this video, I’ll be showing you how to install the brand new emoji set from the latest Android N preview build. These emojis are so cutting-edge that the Unicode 9.0 standard they’re based on won’t even be released for another few months.

To get this one going, you’ll need to have a custom recovery installed, and you’ll also need to be running Android 5.0 or higher. On top of that, the flashable ZIP that installs the new emojis will likely not work on Samsung devices running stock TouchWiz, so be sure to make a backup.

  1. People saying 'They're still ugly' do you know how hard it is to create an emoji? and other than that, if they re-create Android emojis to make them look like iOS emojis, you'll star saying 'They're copying Apple' you're just jealous because iOS 10 emojis aren't released yet ??????????????????

  2. Really cool that you did this. But this is another reason why I don't care to use Samsung devices. Would another device that has this flashed on it be able to see the new emojis?
